  • I have gotten pretty good at logging as soon as I finish eating or while I'm eating. I do like the barcode scanner. My biggest problem is that many of my meals come from a small cafe that serves homemade items making it difficult to log them. Many are lower fat, more nutritious versions of other foods / recipes.
  • I'm going to try. I may not reach the goal each week, especially in the beginning. Does anyone have exercise suggestions to reach these goals?
