When I was down to four outfits that I could fit into for work and none of them were pants. This was in December and we had lots of snow last year so I was tired of being cold all the time. Also I and was getting really bad chafing in the waist area from the clothes that"fit" and I was too cheap to by new clothes

Hi, i just did the same thing on Thursday although i am not sure my injury as is severe as yours. My physio recommended swimming and cycling. This morning I did my fitness workout with adaptations i.e. pushups from the knees and sitting down for my arm exercises,and no squats or lunges. Hope this helps and that you heal…

:'( :'( was doing the daily workout today and had a sharp pain in my calf physio think it might be torn calf muscle. i will continue with the challenges tomorrow that don't involve using this muscle. i was doing so well

hi, I would like to recommit for July, I am in for the guts and glutes, arm challenge and the daily workout challenge. Can you please post the daily workout challenge again? it looks like friday and Sat of the daily workout challenge got cut off as they have less exercises. Thanks

Hi, been off for about a week due to family stress and laziness. Did day 21 and 22 of arms and beach body. I did 200 each side for all the exercises. Good to be back!

Hi, have IC too, its mostly controlled with diet, I usually get a flare up if its hot and I forget to drink enough water when I'm on a run.
