  • when I started this journey I had to fix a salad using a half a head of lettuce, a cup of cherry tomatoes sliced, and a half a cucumber if that doesn't fill you up I don't know what will. Eventually the cravings for the Doritos subsided
  • Besides the possible water retention..... first month, you've got to be building some muscle. Muscle wieghs more than fat... give it some time. Also track your measurements.... you may wiegh the same, but are you losing inches?

  • Avoid the fast food stuff or use it as a treat once in a while. Other than that, eat what you like while staying within goals. Keep an eye on your nutrition though.
