I do IF just because of my work schedule. I normally eat supper around 7 and don't eat again until noon or later the next day. I never realized some folks get so... aggressive over this. Lawd.

I combine counting calories and monitoring my carbs. I don't do Keto anymore, but I do watch how many I eat just because I feel like I loose more when my carb count is low. But ultimately weight loss is down to the basic calories in Vs. calories out. If you burn more than you take in you will loose.

Eggs, I eat them for lunch almost daily scrambled, with veggies from the garden.

I'm in, but won't be able to weigh until the 23rd (We will be out of town til then) I also have a lot of back pain. Hoping losing some of this weight will help alleviate that.

I love the goat idea! I would actually go to that class. lol Laughing yoga I have never even heard of, but we don't have very many options for stuff like that here. I go to a yoga class once every other week. I feel so much better afterwords. Im sore but relaxed at the same time. Its great.

I do a lot of freezer cooking, but its more for my husband and son. I might grill some chicken breast and freeze them in individual packs, or make soup and freeze it. But for the most part I make meatloaves, lasagna, taco meat, etc and freeze it in disposable aluminum pans that I can cook it in. I am trying to get better…

I do, mainly because I eat more veggies during the day than anything else. But, I am also watching my carbs so I log them to keep up with that as well.

I have a thing for sweets in the evenings. My husband and son both like dessert after supper, so when they get theirs I have to really work hard not to get one too.

I am counting down the days until my hubby's and mine kids free trip to the beach. 9 days. and I. CAN'T. WAIT! I want to be a teacher so I am off work during the summer. meh

I drink the occasional Diet Dr. Pepper with cherry. Maybe once every other day. But I flood myself with water. I constantly have my water cup with me. I was a coke junkie though, and originally changed to diet dr. pepper. It was the best "diet" drink I found.

I attempted to do "real" pushups for the first time... well ever. I managed to do 4. I was pretty damn proud of myself.

The boys are having beef and been burritos with homemade refried beans, I am sticking with a taco salad.

I put mine up for the whole month of May. Because I am the exact same way. I weighed myself on the 2nd and WILL NOT take it back out from its hiding place until June 1st.

I have honestly never thought of making anything other than salads in mason jars. This is an awesome idea.
