@nomorefatchick try to watch movies or listening to your favorite music or reading gym motivation/memes .... I will psych myself with those to complete my elliptical journey. Of course if on treadmill you'll find it harder.

I prefer elliptical because elliptical burn more calories than threadmill . Threadmill burn calories but slower . So elliptical is more time saving .

Same here. My Steps app said i burn 364 calories for 9,600steps but my Fitness Pal said i burn 24calories .

oh sorry for the confusion, my calorie limit is 1200cals per day. Last 2 weeks i set my calorie limit to 1100cals per day to speed my body to loose weight. After limited myself to 1100cals per day , I found myself binging on food and overeat for 1000cals for few days. Is it normal ? Also, I want to know if anyone here use…

Yes thats what I usually did. For example my calorie intake is 1100 per day. If i had a binge at night , another 500 will gone during the day. I will hit the gym and workout for another 500-700 to earn extra new calories limit. For today, I wake up at 2am and just ate a snack plate of KFC which cost me 1000calories. I left…
