Actually I did saw some people who gained feet muscle after a lot of running. So basically cardio does help you built muscle but not as effective as weightlifting and took a very long time.

Maybe you need some energy drink or coffee so it makes your heart pump harder and your veins will be a bit more lighter so you can move faster. Everytime I feel sluggy Ill do that with a combination of loud , angry hiphop music.

Thanks guys!! The doctor and nurse at the hospital told me not to exercise after the blood donation because they said its gonna make my head dizzy. But I did anyway and burn 400calories at the gym for 40mins!! Welll Im used to burn more than 1000cals per day- so it doesnt effect me at all. Blood donation is a win win…

@sijomial look, i live in Malaysia now. Its either all rices here or other food (which is expensive). I got tired of eating rices , so subway is the only cheapest , fastest and healthiest fast food i could ever found especially with their sub of the day

My standard intake per day if I dont exercise is 1200calories per day (according to height & weight which is 59kg/155cm) If I work out 90mins and burn 900calories, my in take per day will be 1200+900= 2100calories on the day. My calorie intake is 1200 perday. So if i burn 900calories on the elliptical I can eat excess of 700-900 calories during the day. Also I read somewhere exercise until muscle sore is good which means I am building muscle.

Well usually I will ditch the cookies and just had the subway itself and some plain water. If I workout that day and have excess calories then I will get the cookies. Yes , they are high calories cookies .

For example i) Seafood sensation 410cal , ii) Subway cookie 2 piece 440cal iii) Iced lemon tea with zero sugar 0cal I usually have Teriyaki Chicken which caused me 320calories with either Honey & Oats or Parmesan bread .
