But, But - it ALWAYS says 5 weeks. I want to know WHEN I will FIRST weigh my goal if 'every day was like today" (i.e. - sticking to the cal and micro goals I made).

"Africa - Africa - Africa" May not be the best reason, but I am going on a safari to Tanzania in early Aug, and I just DON'T want fat-face pics in my selfies with a lion in the background! :) And I need the stamina this diet will give me as well. So..."Africa!"

I am no expert, but I think (from what I have read on here and elsewhere) that most people don't feel well if they didn't try to hit goals of protein and not go over on carbs - while watching calories. I mean, feel physically awful after a while. Not enough protein makes me tired and grouchy. Too many carbs makes me lazy…
