  • This is day 3 for me and @fruitydelicious . We are eating for strength and peace regardless of calorie content. Yesterday, I baked a whole chicken and today I will remove the bone for making bone broth, and then I will make wild rice in the broth and finally put rice and chicken into individual servings containers.
