  • congrats on the water score!! I just had my A1c come in at 6.7. Trying the eating right and tracking y foods again. So I've come back to MFP to help me with that.
  • I was just diagnosed as pre-diabetic or possibly type 2. A1C was 6.7 at the Drs office. and 6.4 in the hospital last week. Dr is checking it again end of September. It's prompted me to come back to MFP and really track my foods again.

  • Great attitude! changing a eating habits is what it is all about!! Right now I'm just logging my foods and really taking notes about how I have been eating to see what I really need to improve. I'm already seeing I need to make more efforts to get my vegetable intake higher.

  • Thought I'd pipe in with a pain post and revive this thread if no one minds. I have undifferentiated connective tissue disorder. It's an autoimmune disorder which can mimic Lupus, RA, and fibromyalgia. I can go weeks with no major issues and pain levels in the 2 or 3 range, and then can flair up to a lvl 10 pain. muscle…
  • hi there! I've never dealt with microfracture, but I did spend 18 months on crutches once with no weight bearing on my left leg so I can sympathize about how you must feel. I'd check for approval before trying anything new, but what about seated yoga and workouts? There are some really good ones online and on youtube.
