I started one week ago today! My plan is lose 20 pounds by eating lean protein, lots of veggies and fruit and complex carbs-I've eliminated all bad carbs-plus working out daily from walking-to circuit training to intense cardio-In 8 days I've lost 2.3 pounds.

Hit it hard this am went to Fit Body boot camp this morning it was challenging but I feel good about it-came home cut up raw celery and made homemade black bean hummus for a healthy carb add to my protein and veggies today. It feels good to take care of myself
