Bummer I only lost 1/2 a pound this week - worked out and ate right - I'm still motivated just hope the scale moves more next week- I still have 8 pounds to go....

Take it slow and steady-focus on healthy habits lean meat lots of fruits and veggies and complex carbs-walk every day and you will get there - don't be discouraged take it one day at a time

I don't weigh myself anymore except every 2 weeks at weigh in-I focus more on how my clothes fit and feel because the number game seemed to negatively impact my psyche and motivation - my clothes don't lie and a few ounces or even a pound up or down has no impact - just focus on healthy habits and forget the scale

Did my weigh in today - hadn't weighed in for close to 2 weeks - down 8 pounds since I started and my clothes feel like they fit - my energy is better I love feeling good about myself and I know my heart appreciates the help not having to work as hard-I'm more motivated than ever

Just did my Sunday weigh in lost 5lbs total, (I started the day after Christmas) 15 more to go and continue toning and strengthening. I hope everyone's weigh in inspires them to stay the course! We got this!

Baby it's cold outside it's a whopping 8 degrees here in the Nati but I'm still heading out for my planned 6 mile run then back in for some quick strength training. Wish me luck! Keep up the dedication everyone we will be so happy when we drop the extra weight! ❄️❄️

Hang in there - yes the weight comes off easiest at first. I do find my food cravings are already better and my body is adjusting to the change in eating habits - I find protein the hardest to eat enough of because I'm not much of a meat eater. We will be so happy when we are toned and feel great about ourselves! Keep up…
