I need to buy a scale. Ive been doing good. Sunday was bad. Dhs grandmas cooking and we had chili for dinner. Havent started working out might not tell February. Want to have my eating more controlled first.

Short term- 5-8lbs by valentines. Midterm-15lbs by April 12th Long term goal- 50lbs by Christmas On average 1lb a week. I would like to be able to do little things. I get winded getting dressed some days

I think a work out goal would be good. I have a 30 day Challenge app on my phone. It has all the different challenges ab, butt, squat, cardio, arm, and push up ones. We can start a thread with the list in case it isn't available on all phone types
