Go talk to chiro/physics even one appointment / assessment can help .... it's so useful to get advice from a real professional when lifting heavy weights you don't want a long term problem to develop!
-
Well I suppose it's constant movement when walking ... lifting feels far more gruelling.

Hmmm that sounds like nerves and not muscle. I would get ye to a chiropractor. If u bulge a disk u will need to rest it but if u have Imbalances chances are this will reoccur if go get adjusted and talk to a chiro

Ketosis works but must be done right in the absence of carbohydrates the body will burn fat for fuel u must consume enough fat do ur research and learn about it. Too many carbs and ur body will burn those and store the fat. Good luck! It works!!

Learn about ketosis and a ketogenic diet 200 g carbs per day is too high for this to work in my opinion (and I have successfully done ketogenic diet and lost weight). If u r consuming low enough carbohydrates your body will burn fat for fuel. But the body will take the oath of least resistance. If there are carbs present…

If you can afford it get yourself a trainer at the gym and learn how to lift and squat and lunge etc. properly. It will change everything for you! You will never look back. I believe this is especially true for a woman. There is something very empowering about weight lifting. I won't grow into the hulk because you are not…

You have to build up... and if you are new to lifting I would strongly recommend a trainer but imo nothing g gets results faster and makes your body look and feel better than lifting heavy things!!! It's weight training alllll the way hands down!

try switching up your cardio with HIIT and do some strength training. It would seem you are not in a caloric deficit which is required to loose weight, despite all of your good efforts. Also, if you do not have much weight to loose, the weightloss can tend to feel a little slower. you will need to show your diary or give…

Good job utahmom. It's moments like that and holidays etc few and far between moments that I will keep dieting for! As long as you are good the majority of the time you can afford a little wiggle room. Ps I must ask.... you have 10 kids? I thought my 5 were a lot wowzers!

My personal suggestion is to get the hang of tracking calories first. Once you get the hang of eating your allotted calories and tracking the calories becomes easy then focus on your macros. The difference here with macros I find is that it allows you to focus on more quality calories and you likely will feel better with…
