Find nonoodles. They r amazing the spaghetti version is great with meat sauce. If you can't find them find konjac noodles same thing. It's made from glucoman fiber 25 calories for a large box of noodles I swear by them!!!

Men loose faster and weightloss can be slower if you are working on your last few lbs also But tracking certainly does help us all!! So happy for your success!!!…

This is a very good point thank you for making it. I stumbled across this idea looking for a alternate to marshmallow fluff which is used in the protein bars I love I wanted a low calorie sugar-free version and stumbled across aquafaba. Now I know it won't work as it doesn't hold up. However the meringues look pretty great!

It's pretty sweet. Next time I might leave out the apricots as they are calorie dense and the salad was sweet enough My goal was fiber with this one so I chose all fiber rich foods. It was yummy!!

I am almost 5'5. I work out now 6 days a week and try to stick to 1200 a day. It's a bit tougher when there is less to loose. I try not to eat back my exercise calories. It is EXTREMELY frustrating and I feel your pain. I've been working very hard at the gym for 2 months I work out minimum of 4 days per week with a trainer and extra cardio.
