It takes no time to fry 2 eggs Btwn 2 slices of low cal bread ( I use little big bread 110 cals for 2 slices). That's usually breakfast for me ... maybe 5 mins if I wash the pan too

Get a digital scale. Don't worry about what you feelnu "should" weigh. If u r eating 1200 cals and have that many left over u r and not hungry I r likely not moving enough.get your heart pumping. Set your diet to open to the public so we can see what u r eating. Track everything honestly and move as much as u can. If ubhatebexercise walk try for an hour per day ... don't eat back your cals burned from walking. Drink a big jug of water each day. Cut out refined sugar. Eat lots of fiber. Too many vitamins = expensive neon Urine. Your body will expel what it doesn't need vitamin wise via your urine (most vitamins anyway) Happens to me all the time. Darker brownish urine is dehydration. Neon is vitamins

No. I often have 1 glass a night. Maybe three nights per week I just add it into my calorie allotment.

I love my protein pudding as I call it 175 g plain Greek yogurt 1 scoop protein powder Whisk those 2 well then add: Vanilla squeezelemon or lime juice If you want add 60 g defrosted frozen raspberries It's really good! And with my proteinpowdet it comes out to over 50g of protein!

Those are some great resources for stretches thanks very much! I do see a chiropractor who is helping me a great deal. My stretch is to lie on stomach up on my forearms to squish the vertebrae in the opposite direction as the fluid was coming out from a tear in Btwn the vertebrae. It helps. Ugh I hear your pain!! I started walking a lot with my husband (1-3 hrs per day moderate pace) and the scale began to move. It's just burning more cals for me cause I don't want to give up anymore food! I eat only 1200 as is. Good luck!!

That would make it lower cal for sure! One could even sub water for olive oil to lower calorie count even further!
