Aquafaba.... anyone try it?
It's the liquid from cooked beans (think juice in a can of chickpeas). It can be whipped up into meringue, marshmallow fluff etc looks like a perfect substitute for egg whites for vegans and 3 cals per tbsp which is aparantly the equivalent of one egg white. It seems odd that walking at a moderate pace for 1 hr buns more calories than strength training for 1 hr? Hmmmm seems highly innacurate. This is why it's safer to not eat back your calories burned!!
