Fish oil makes my hair fall out!!

Does anyone else have this problem?
I discovered this a couple of years ago. I was loosing. More hair than usual and examined my diet and found fish oil oils to be the culprit. I do flax I instead now .... seems strange this happens as fish oil is so good for the hair but apparently it lubricates the hair shaft or something and causes hair loss and some people so if you are experiencing it maybe you have this problem too now I take biotin for hair growth which works amazingly well

That is weird, I have never had that experience nor heard of it.

Did you check whether it contains something you are allergic to?
