My weight stayed the same for the longest time despite my efforts at the gym and seriously cutting my calories what worked for me was when I changed my water I began drinking 2 L of water with some lemon every day drink 1 to 2 cups of dandelion root tea and took parsley tablet you can find at any health food store all of this help me shed water weight. 3 lbs in 2 days. I k ew it was water I was holding on to because of all my effort and I noticed my shape changing on my body and my strength increasing it didn't seem possible that the scale wouldn't move but now it seems I'm on track and losing weight I just had to tweak it with water intake

Whatever helps keep you motivated, I guess.
I just accept that water weight is a thing, understand that my weight will fluctuate and that it is normal, and watch my trend over time. As long as I'm trending downward, I don't stress over a bit of water weight.4 -
or just drink some normal water... same effect....3
