CANADIANS try this! 25 calorie pasta!!

It's called nupasta. I have found it at metro. For 24 calories for an entire package! I have put the spaghetti noodles into soup and also used tonight with a meat sauce. It was so close to spaghetti I really couldn't taste the difference. And at about 1/10th the calories!! It's made from the Konjac plant. A wonderful source of fiber (glucoman) odourless and basically tasteless. You will love it I'm sure!!! Only avail in Canada for now I believe

    I've been able to get them in theUK for around 10 years. I believe you can get them most places.
