Looks like a simple cut to me. But nice!

Hey, Im actually a guy, and im currently doing a bulk. But when i did a cut the three most important things that took me to 14% body fat were -No Carbs! (Almost no carbs) -No sugar! -Drink lots of water so you feel full. This obviously is no guarentee, but you definitly should consider looking into this. Best of luck!

I put on a nice amount of muscle, but when i started cutting, it was getting tuff to even lift the same weight i used to. Its extremely tuff to gain muscle and lose body fat at the same time. So my answer would be No.

Thing 1- you need to do more sets of squats. Thing 2- try doing lunges. Best of luck!
