Hello I'm Beth I'm 24 and I'm really slowly putting on the pounds. I'm in a very happy relationship and my partner is stick thin and can eat anything. Now I'm not blaming him I can eat what I want but it's so hard. I'm feeling like the size 12 I used to be in my head but I'm slowly admitting I'm a 14 and I want to catch this before it goes any further.
I would really like a baby and I need to get my health into top tip condition. Please help any advise welcome

Get a scale. Weigh everything. Log everything accurately. Enjoy.

If you find you're not enjoying, you're doing it wrong.

I started 4 weeks ago (on here for 2 weeks) best thing I've done is tracking and measuring everything I eat to stay at 1400 calories a day- I was a 12- now I'm a 16... meh....I'm just eatings mostly whole foods-cut out junk-lean meats and seafood- LOTS of veggies-fresh fruit- only complex carbs( increase fiber)-lots of water-my weaknesses were excessive carbs and sweets (I love anything with lots of sugar and fat!) I cheat here and there but sparingly-I'm much much older than you and it doesn't come off as easy now- but I'll get there- I don't need to be thin-
just comfortable in my own skin-
Good luck! You can do this!

    Hey,
    Im actually a guy,
and im currently doing a bulk.

But when i did a cut the three most important things that took me to 14% body fat were

    -No Carbs! (Almost no carbs)
    -No sugar!
-Drink lots of water so you feel full.

This obviously is no guarentee, but you definitly should consider looking into this.

    Best of luck!
