In Australia we say ta a lot which is the shortened version of thanks or thank you and use the term fortnight often to refer to two weeks time.

For pigmentation there is a product called Cosmelan 1 if you want it gone quick. It is very pricey but purported to be safe and extremely effective. It can be purchased off a reputable ebay seller.
