I was drinking lemon water daily even at 432lbs. so no.. it doesn't help. It's yummy- and I crave it often, but no...doesn't make you lose weight. CICO

It really does. I can't wait for the next 50! I can't wait to see what happens this year, and prove every body that told me I can't do this wrong! AND...for alll the family members that thought I was just trying another "diet" January 2016 are going to eat crow! LOL

OMG! I am in the same exact boat as you! I feel like they are getting further & further from me! I have this ideal plan in my head that once I am on track and more successful, that they will follow, but... it's not happening like that.

SALAD DRESSING! I know I shouldn't have salad smothered with it but dang! 3 1/2 cups of lettuce sucks with just a TBS or 2! LOL

I carried the groceries in ONE sack at a time instead of 15 at a time so I could burn more calories lol it was like a relay game for me

I log it but that's just because I'm a logging freak. log my vitamins and water too even though they have no calories. I like to be able to look back and see what works or doesn't work for me

I like this thread! I have discovered all kinds of stuff that I thought was calorie free. My sugar free Hawaiian Punch packets are 10 calories each. I have at least 2 of these a day. The big dill pickles are 30 calories each (I thought they were just 5) My coffee has 3 calories per 16 ounces...how? lol Super Omega 3…

I was able to sit down and get up WITHOUT bracing my arms on my thighs or furniture! It feels so good using muscles that I forgot about

It turned out GREAT! I used 80/20 ground beef, added peppers, 3teaspoons soy sauce & 6 teaspoons of brown sugar. Rolled it out really thin onto the cookie sheet, baked it at 150 for 7 hours.
