  • Im doing the 30 day water challange....1 gallon OR MORE a day. I fill up a gallon of water in a jug and its gone by 5 in the afternoon. I continue drinking water until bed....ESPECIALLY if i feel hungry past 7.
  • Feeling defeated and discouraged is NORMAL. We all go through good days and bad days. Remind yourself why you want to lose weight. Why you want to get fit. Or why you want to live a healthier life style. It takes TIME and patience. Its HARD...but encourage others and in the process itll encourge you.

  • Finished Day 4! I must say...resting yesterday really helped. Im not so sore and my endurance has def. improved since day 1. I need to work on my breathing and pushups though.

  • Just finished Day 2! Boy o boy am i tired. It was a teeny tiny bit easier today...im sure its from being sore and not going balls to the wall. Butttt I DID IT. Maybe a few SHORT breaks here and there tho. Im a mother to 3. Oldest 6 youngest 6 months. Glad to have you ladies for support.

Pickles sound yummyyyy. I always drank pickle juice to restore electrolites after a night of binge drinking.

  • I really like that idea! After your 16:8 what is your calorie intake? Also...im a coffee drinker....is coffee a no go during your fast? 5:2 do you snack during the day or do you save your calories for 1 meal? Very intetested in trying this.

  • I do know that it can be very difficult to concieve while being obese. The risk of pregnancy related diabetes is very very high in women who are overweight....obese...or gain too much in there pregnancy. Most doctors will let you know your risks and set weight guidelines.
