New to this! Kinda PO right now...just typed a freaking book and it didnt post everything....GGRRRR!!!! Ill keep it short and sweet. Im 5'4 182lbs...6wks pregnant with #4 and could really use some help. Like seriously....i CAN NOT gain another 80lbs. OMG

Has anyone else experienced pelvic bone pain after working out? New to MFP and just started working out. Am i over doing it? I just had a baby 6 months ago...maybe this has something to do with it? Just curious....and a little concerned?

WRKING OUT WITH BABY
Hello mom of 3! My youngest is 6months old. Ive read alot about working out with baby. New to MFP and VERY out of shape. Just did 30 squats while holding my 15lb son....WWOOWWWW!!! Would like to know if theres other moms who workout with baby as well??
