Has anyone else experienced pelvic bone pain after working out? New to MFP and just started working out. Am i over doing it? I just had a baby 6 months ago...maybe this has something to do with it? Just curious....and a little concerned?

Can't say that I have ever noticed any after either of my babies. Make sure you drink lots of water, stretch, and pace yourself if you're just starting to workout. I know when I first started after I had my first baby I'd break my workout into two parts at different times in the day to help ease into it. If it gets worse or doesn't go away check with your doctor. Good luck!

Agreed (especially with the doctor piece if it continues). The only time I felt pain/discomfort in that area after having my girls was when I went back to running too soon, but that was just a couple weeks postpartum. Don't work through the pain, slow down, do what you can each day.

And congrats on the new addition!
