I saw a Vega One bundle I'm interested in and it's $15.00 for 6 packets in a variety of flavors and a shaker bottle. Problem is I don't know how much the shipping is but I really want a protein powder and I don't want to use whey... I tried Ensure but that sucked.

Last couple of things I googled were: carob and carob chocolate substitute. I try to avoid caffeine but miss chocolate so...yeah. I wonder if it taste similar.

I don't use them enough to notice a change in my digestion I think. But I love them in yogurt and oatmeal. Made a chia pudding once and the texture was good but I need to tweak the ingredients a bit.

Tazo makes one that is green tea with mint and it is amazing. Got a couple of Yogi teas and they are also really good. Ginger tea is one of my favorites I love a strong ginger tea at night!

I got an Assorted Variety Tea box from Taylors of Harrogate for Christmas and their black teas are good but their green tea with jasmine and their chamomile tea are my favorites.
