How do you motivate yourself and stay consistent?
I always get bored and give up on exercise even if I like it. I think it may be because I'm doing it alone but I have nobody to work out with or any money for classes or a gym membership. Are any of you on the same boat? How do you do it?

What is your favorite breakfast food?
I love breakfast food and I can eat it for any meal. Oatmeal or cereal for dinner, waffles or pancakes for lunch...it doesn't matter to me. My favorite is probably yogurt with chia seeds, granola and fruit. What's yours?

Massage Therapy class, tips for learning anatomy and physiology?
I love learning relaxing massages, aromatherapy, spa techniques, energetic therapies, etc. But I'm not good at sports massage or myofascial release because of the terminology. I struggle with anatomy and physiology which is obviously an extremely important part of massage. Does anyone have any tips?

Nut-free protein bars with no chocolate?
I'm looking for a protein bar that doesn't have any nuts or chocolate. It seems to me that most protein bars have those two ingredients. Anyone know of any good ones?
