Hi I'm Claudia.
I've been underweight my entire life. Pediatricians always told my mom that it's just the way I was and that I was healthy. I've always been skinny and when I look at pictures of my dad and his siblings when they were around my age they all look thin so I think I take after them. I'm 19 and last year I had problems with my jaw and was taking a strong medication for it which made it really difficult to eat so I lost weight. After that I was getting really bad acid reflux so I ate less because of that but I stopped drinking coffee and soda and eating chocolate and peppermint and it's gone. It was caused by caffeine but soda and peppermint made it worse. Since I stopped eating those things it's been fine and now I'm eating more and snaking. I'm just tired of being the skinniest person in the room and of people thinking I have an eating disorder. I want my clothes to fit well and I want to look normal. My goal is to gain weight.
