For September I didn't reach my goal...but that's ok... It's a new day and month so I'll aim for my next goal. I'm supporting the Heart Foundation in their Marathon Challenge...so I'm aiming to reach 42km this month! Wish me luck π I've done 4.5km already!

Ok... I keep forgetting to weigh myself! But I've been going to the gym at least 3 x a week! So I'm proud of that! π

I'm not on track but don't want to aggravate my shin splints... I'll walk for the remainder... better than nothing π

I keep on forgetting to weigh myself! But since joining this challenge I have avoided sugary drinks, reduced alcohol and have been eating healthier! Thank you for the inspiration! π

Thank you! I appreciate it! I weighed myself today & I'm 54.6kg (I'm short). Therefore I'll aim to lose 4.6kg by doing the following: - eating healthy and avoiding junk food/sugary drinks - sticking to a weekly fitness regime - entering my food consumption and exercise in MFP for transparency - limiting alcohol Byβ¦

Hello fellow runners! This is the first time I've posted in MFP. I've decided to join this challenge to try & keep me accountable. My goal for August is to complete 20km.
