I'm still deciding if I'm going to compete this spring/summer. I dieting down and using how I look to decide when I'm ready to step on stage. I'm looking for motivation from people who are doing the same thing. Dieting to lose fat and retain muscle is so much harder than just dieting and getting skinny.
