Hi all! I've used C25K before in the past with great results. Back again.. up to W4D3 (on the treadmill). I signed up for a 5k for the middle/end of Feb. for motivation (ie. fear) :)

I'm on week 4 now. Used Ct5K in the past and it worked! Using the treadmill since 1. it's cold out and 2. I'd feel better running outside if I could RUN most of the entire time. oh and it's cold out :)

I dont think so, but they may both connect to the Apple Health app. So your food logging from here will shoot over to the Health app, as well as any workouts done using the Workout app.
