  • I plan on starting on Monday since my husband will be at work and I only have to cook one meal. I have done plenty of 13 hr fast but nothing more than that. Here's hoping that I can do this on Monday.

  • Hi Amanda, I am on LCHF (keto) as well. I have a link Keto way of eating if you want to go there. Not sure if you are on facebook but there are some really good keto groups there as well as LCHF. Lots of great stories especially with people no longer being a diabetic.

  • I am at a point of not being very hungry and I am not meeting my macro's. I am below on carbs and everything. I read on another facebook group that eat when you are hungry and not worry about the numbers. I am going to try this for a bit since I'm not hungry and see how it goes. I'll keep you updated.

  • My biggest downfall is chocolate. I cheated over Christmas as well but have been back on keto since. I have been trying to live by low carb for several years. Overall, we eat healthy but when we cheat it is big. I am trying to overcome that by making sure I have some sweet fat bombs in the fridge.
