Thank you, i saved that link i will compare, Its not literally about honey, It was mainly about the calorie count as my Tablespoon was 15ml and the calories in 15 ml were 2400 lol, But i figured it was a bad entry , at my first month of it , So i am all over the place . Then how are we supposed to know whats right and whats not? Not everything is packaged that can come with a calorie count for us to compare, are we supposed to look on different websites and compare ? its too much work already to actually look for every single thing we put in our mouth. How can all this be done. -_-

ok , i will check other entries as well i just tend to trust the green checked ones because i thought they are confirmed. one tsp or tbsp is such a small amount i never felt the need to weigh it, i do have a scale but its not the one that run on batteries.

I was not meaning to say " starving " as the literal starvation. I just meant what everyone refers to when weight loss "we should not starve ourselves because body will hold on to the weight " thing .

Hey , yes I know, flour is measured I only add water then , so I need to know calories of a 100 gram flour, so I can add and divide, but I am getting too many varying results for 100 grams of whole wheat flour

Hey I'm not sure it would show that way for you? I m never that far below, sometimes just 200 or 300 below my goal , and I look for things in database and select from there, isn't that how we log ? I create my own recipes when I can't find in database, I will keep in mind to add individual ingredients from now

Umm yes , it's usually under the bed lol then you slide it out and weight. I have kids it's gonna be in pieces if I let it stay out in open

20 lbs in first month?? Wow. And here I am " gaining" instead of loosing. But good thing is I did not get discouraged. I am still on track. So hopefully it will work sooner or later. Ty

It would make sense to me if I was not loosing and was still at my previous weight . It's the " gain " that's mind boggling.

You lost weight and then gained ? If that's the thing then it might be water weight . How much did you gain . A pound or 2 can be water weight but mine tells me I gained 10 pounds . Not normal .

Thank you everyone, so amazed to find such insightful replies, I am struggling with the logging calories, sometimes my cholesterol is over sometimes sugar. I do measure and weigh my food items so that's good. My 1600 calories are with the deficit. I will try my best to eat them all up .
