It is SO hard to give up the Diet Coke! Like you, I don't drink coffee, so my Diet Coke was my "pick me up". I had headaches for a few days after not drinking it, but those have gone away now. Our goals are pretty similar. :smile: I'm TRYING not to snack after 8, but I have yet to really be successful with that. lolol…
