5'0" and currently at 132. For me, anything above 115 looks awful, and I look best around 105. I think it depends on your body size and how you feel :)

I don't put too much thought into it, I just do what I think will be best. And I call them GOALS, not resolutions. Goals sound more attainable :) Stop making excuses. MFP WAYYY over estimates calories burned, so if I eat back all my exercise calories, I GAIN. Maybe for being 5'1" it's okay to eat a little less? That's what I tell myself, at least. oh gosh... how about the day I ate one and a half pizzas? that's 3000 by itself, plus I inhaled a 2liter of mountain dew, and stuffed my face with chocolate... made myself so sick that day.. probably totaled around 5000cals :noway: now I'm around 1300 a day :smile:

Anorexa is a mental condition, and yes. Speaking from experience, when I was 14, I was only eating 500cals a day but didn't lose a single pound over 5 months. I think I shut my body down completely. As soon as I learned that I had to eat more to lose weight, I increased to 1200 a day and lost steadily. Moral of the story::…

good question.. mine is never regular, but recently it's been more off-schedule than normal. it lasts 1 day, but comes every 3weeks :P

egg whites! one of my favorite foods ever :D I am currently eating quite a lot of processed foods, but 3/4 cup egg beaters -- my favorite is the cheese kind, since I don't have to add any cheese -- and 1 morning star farms vegetarian "sausage" patty. 180 calories or so, a TON of protein and barely any carbs.

started eating due to stress :indifferent: I'm just glad that I was able to control it enough to stop at 1400 cals. over the past week, I've gotten my stress under control, so no more stress eating :)

I've decided that his year I will do a 24 hour fast before Thanksgiving. Will cut calories and let me eat everything without feeling like I'll explode. Try eating a plate of veggies before anything else, and be sure to drink lots of water :) good luck!

I haven't lost weight either, but I notice I look smaller. I have NOT exercised AT ALL, so I know I am NOT gaining muscle. Anyone care to explain this?

yes, I haven't exercised at all (lazy, I know) and I've lost 11 pounds so far. I think diet is more important than exercise. Just be sure to keep your sodium intake low and drink tons of water :)

I use just under 1/4 cup of skim milk. It has few calories, plus nutrients that you won't find in creamer. I don't think you can ever go wrong with skim milk :D

any nut or nut butter will have protein, but beware of high fat content. if you don't mind fake meat products, there are plenty out there that taste pretty darn close to the real thing. special k protein plus is a decent cereal with like 10g protein, add some skim milk and that's a good amount of protein for such few…
