I feel like I have so much loss to go and I just started I am already sad lol. I hate giving into temptation. And I see myself picking the easy options once again. Ugh help!

Agreed. I tried to maintain a 1200- 1350 calories a day. It's not hard. I just feel myself slipping into the temptations again. You know what I mean.

In the second week. But it's just that I am okay most days but will get one day which will drive me crazy.

But aren't we supposed to not eat for a certain number of hours. Isn't tat the logic of intermittent fasting?

Hi this is my two cents. Reduce fruits and replace with veggies. Fruits tend to be full of sugars and carbs. They are great in moderation. So try to replace fruits with veggies (you know the ones you'd rather not).

1200 calories per day if I follow everything to the T. So if I make a lemon juice with one lemon, half spoon of honey and salt lol it is amazing and refreshing. That doesn't put me too over.

Yes. But I don't log foods yet. What i have done....is used this app to figure out my caloric intake for a planned days meals and I still eat the same thing for seven days and try not to stray. And even if I do my calorie intake is low enough to allow for me to still be in deficit.

I am the same way. Lose 10 lbs and then back up. I think maybe post your goal in this group and do a check in weekly. Another BIG recommendation I have is listening to the Foodist podcast which talks and focuses on making good habits and decisions even after a few falls.

I am trying to avoid sugar and binge eating. I sometimes don't eat much all day and honestly eat a crop tons at night. I really trying to be consistent with my intake of food.
