Yep I live up north but never really experienced SAD. I don't own a food scale. I don't eat them back because I thought you don't need to. I aim for 1290 calories but go over by 100-200 calories.

I have bread, protein shakes, rice, fish, um pretty much what I regularly have.

Opps Sorry...I am eating most of my calories from 5 pm - 8 pm. I sleep around 11 pm. Well some days I go over and other days I dont.

Yea I cannot even drink a glass of water when i get up. I feel too full. Do you know why this might be happening? I am doing weight training so yes my muscles might be needing the extra fluid but it has never been this bad and it is my 3rd-4th week of training.

Yeah I definitely agree with using my protein intake. Throwing some protein powder in my smoothies might be a good idea because I find it very filling when I do have it.

No hurry. Just I feel 'commited' to eating what it has calculated on the good days. Also I don't weigh anything yet (need to purchase a scale) once I determine I am commited. Also I really don't have an accurate way of calculating how many calories I burn at the gym and again don't want to invest in fancy gadgets just yet.…

No idea what it went to but it was high and I took breaks to make sure I didn't get super tired lol. Also is 80 or 85 a high resting rate?

Lol nice! Thanks for the add! I love to attend the hardcore gym classes like boot camp, super sculpt, muscle pump. Love biking. Running is something I want to do but my feet's arc starts to hurt easily so I don't do it much.

Just to clarify I did a boot camp class. Which I guess is intense but I thought all of the classes are intense. Lol

Call it what you want. Why is this an issue? Live and let live. You can't control others. :) cheat day or not it's just people trying to eat what is pleasurable. Let's stick to those positives :)

I would suggest replacing the fruits with steamed veggies or with eggs basically something more filling. The frit smoothies are not filling

I feel for you. First off thank you for sharing. Second, are you new to dieting? Third, what have you been eating to help yourself not reach for those burger and fries? I am proud of you.

No not necessarily. I just don't like to have too many fruits in my diet or sugars because it is in everything and I want to be healthy. Also I lovveeeee sugar. So when I have binged in the past it is all sugary things. Which kinda scares me lol
