Lol joking. I just like to give myself importance haha.
So after a day off from tracking after a binge and 3rd day without the gym. Guess who is under her calories.....me! Yay. How are you all doing?

    Todays been a struggle. I've been feeling weak and faint so I kept eating hoping it would help. I even let myself have a burger and fries hoping it would help and it did for a couple hours. Now I'm back to feeling poorly.

    I feel for you. First off thank you for sharing. Second, are you new to dieting? Third, what have you been eating to help yourself not reach for those burger and fries? I am proud of you.

    I'm not really new to dieting but I have a few conditions that complicate things. I'm making changes really slowly if you see my diary you will see I'm not eating 'diet like' just a lot less then I used to. I'm not really against burger and fries every once in a while but I don't like feeling like I'm depleted of energy. I probably need to find a way to get more filling fiber and protein in. Thanks for the support.

    The first time you get back on the wagon proves you can do it, so hang on for the ride and don't beat yourself silly when next you fall off.
