I have been weighing myself at work since last week and was initially dissapointed in the weight I had gained in the last year. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. I know it is do-able. Glad we have this group opportunity...Thanks EEC.

Music is a great reward, like opera-Andrea Bocceli or treating myself to a new fragrance, painting my toenails while watching an hour of old cartoons, a walk to the library for a good book (just to name a few).

MAKIING HEALTHY CHANGES gradually. I have given up caffeine and I am walking more, I have also started to increase my workout time. Not much change just yet but I am still tailoring my eating habits, RESULTS: all in due time.

I am excited! I have always loved working out, eating as healthy as possible and over all wellness/fitness, but it seems that as I get older, finding time to work on myself has become more difficult. This may be the fire I need to get back on track!
