  • You might not be doing anything wrong, I started on 2JAN 5 days ago at target of 2lbs loss per week and target cal 1600, first two days I was just under with my food and then the second 2 days I had 800 Cal's because I was trying someone else that was mega healthy that I found in a cook book and today I've hit 1000 Cal's.…
