I’ve just started a new round today - really need to get my eating (esp carbs...) back on track. How are you going? From past experience the first 10 days can be hard!

I do better on LCHF which is very difficult for me to stick with! I aim for (%) 5carb, 70fat and 25protein but average more like 10carb, 70fat and 20 protein.
