Who keeps track of Macros? What's your split?

Options
I'd love to know who tracks their macros and what your split is? I've found that to be the best way to keep track of my nutrition.

I do macros - in grams, not calories with a percentage split. Currently 150P, 50F, 130C

I go by calories first, and I have my diary set to MFP's default breakdown, but I aim for 100g protein and 50g of fat as minimums, and let carbs fall wherever.

When I was tracking food I went by minimum goals for protein and fat in grams rather than being restricted by ratios:
1g protein / 1lb of estimated lean body mass.
    0.4g of fat / 1lb of bodyweight.

Once those are met the remainder comes from whatever macro suits you. It's far more flexible which for me helped enjoyment and also therefore adherence.

Mine are 45/30/25 carbs/fat/protein which gets me enough protein based on 0.8g per lb of bodyweight.

    I have mine set at 40/30/30 C/F/P . Hitting those perfectly never happens! I average 29/37/34 %

    Over past 7 months, I have had a macro goal of 40P/40C/20F on a net ave of 1800-1900 cal/day with an actual intake/day of 35C/39C/26F based on an ave/day of 181g P/203g C/61g F resulting in a loss of 36# from 196 to 160# in the 1st 5 months and maintenance at 160 +/- 2# in last 2 months.

All of the cal/macro data has been logged daily on MFP. Body weight measured on the same digital scale naked each morning after using the bathroom. And, all of the data has been stored & calculated on Excel.

I do better on LCHF which is very difficult for me to stick with! I aim for (%) 5carb, 70fat and 25protein but average more like 10carb, 70fat and 20 protein.

I got for 45% Carb, 20% fat and 35% protein during maintenance. I find that during fat loss though higher protein and lower carb works well for me :)

I usually keep my protein around 120-135g, fat 100-130g and fill the rest with carbs which is around 300-400g
