Reporting in for week 2. My Numbers: SW: 191lbs. CW: 186lbs. GW: 180lbs LTGW: 140lbs Weigh ins: Saturday 1/6/18 = 185 1/13/18 = 184 1/20/18 = 1/27/18 = (Final weigh in for the month.) Total WL for the month= 1lb down - slow but sure :-)
