Still journaling and still under 1200 carlories a day with at least 30 minutes on the elliptical. Lost 2.5 lbs.

This week's successes: High protein, lots of grapefruit - haven't had grapefruit in a while
This week's challenges: Trying to eat even 1000cal is super hard for me because I get full quickly and then get sick at the gym this is a weekly challenge honestly but I do not feel hungry after eating a lot of protein and greens.
I have an open diary to friends if anyone wants to add me!
I'm in, only I wanna lose 50lbs by June so I'm kicking myself harder into gear5 -

This week's challenges: Plan meals and add 1 cardio workout (in addition to yoga).
I started yoga last year and finally found a physical activity I really love and look forward to, so I'm glad I have kept at it. Now I would like to add cardio, hate the treadmill, my neighborhood is not great for walking, so I'm thinking about what else I could find that I could commit to on a regular basis.

My current weight is 145 pounds.
My goal by the end of the year is to be stabilized at 120 pounds as my max weight.
I seem to lose slow, but once I'm in a good routine it starts to go faster, so hopefully I get the weight off and work at stabilization.
I will check in every Saturday morning after this initial status update.
