    This Week's Successes: Moved more. Ate lots of veggies and limited grain. Stayed under calorie goal for the most part.
    This Week's Challenges: Too much snacking on the weekend while being trapped at home in an ice storm, especially after dinner. Getting my steps on the weekend.

    I am happy about the loss this week but I really wanted to go under 180. I guess I have to be happy with slow wight loss.
    Goals for this week are to drink more water even when not exercising.
