    This week's successes: stayed close to or within calories and tracked meals everyday
    This week's challenges: been ill for two weeks and off work so not able to exercise or move around much

    This week's challenges: reduced my calorie goal because I can't seem to lose at the one recommended by mfp. I need to reduce meal sizes to allow for snacks. Getting to the gym even though I'm tired from work.

    Yes. I have a tendency to carry a lot of fluid, just never realized how much!
