    This week's successes: Not eating even when I feel hungry. Appetite has also decreased making weight loss easier.
    This week's challenges:Trying to figure out the right foods to eat under 1500 calories that will keep me full and energized.

    Just realize that 52 pounds is my actual goal weight loss so this challenge is perfect!

    More to be prepared. Started 21 day fix but couldn't stick with it without more food prep.

    This week's successes: Was good because i did star to lost weight and i can kept my goal with caloroies.
    This week's challenges: Didnt eat chocolate was the worst and the big challenge for the last week, but i did pass for this and i didnt eat any chocolate or candies.
