I did not have a chance to check in yesterday, so I am posting today, with yesterday’s weight. (Note: Today, TOM is gone, and I am back down to 194.4 – the correct direction)...
I survived the holidays without a gain, then gained the first week in January (Thanks TOM!). The weather has warmed up again, and I was able to walk yesterday and hope to get back on the exercise routine again this week. I hope to be able to make up the loss over the next few weeks and get back on track to the 1 lb loss a week to end the year at 143.
