    Join community group to walk 1000 miles this year, so far walked 6 miles, long way to go.

    Really sad not to have lost this week but I've been really sick so drawing a line under this week and moving onwards.

    This week's successes: being active 6 days, sticking within nutrition ranges and successfully having ONE splurge meal
    This week's challenges: Jumper's Knee (from tennis) and work (lots of meetings)

    This week's successes/goals: signed back up at the gym (bootcamp classes) so planning to go after work 4 days this week.
    This week's challenges: I've been sick on and off with a cold for the past month so my motivation has been low. We also had some unexpected plans come up so looking forward to getting back on track this week!
